SHIPPING POLICY

Standard UK delivery is free when you spend £15 or more, or £1 for orders under £15. Standard EU delivery is £3.50. UK & EU standard delivery orders are sent using Royal Mail, or a courier service for high value orders. Once Royal Mail has collected your parcel, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Your parcel should be with you in 1-3 days after placing your order for UK orders and 3-5 days for EU orders, but please allow up to 15 days for delivery. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the delivery address.

You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or unable to fulfil your order for any reason. During our sales period, delivery times can increase due to a large volume of orders. For any further delivery queries, please call us on 07947690378 or email info@divertd.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories in packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note that all returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached.
